Hi, my name is Natalie. I'm 36 years old, I have 3 beautiful children. My whole life is my favorite work. 2 years ago I graduated from the national academy of nutritionology, because I am interested in my health and the health of my children. I love and lead healthy life style and every day I develop in this direction. I am also a fitness instructor. After the birth of my son, it was 12 years ago, I graduated from group fitness courses in Ukraine and worked in a fitness center, in parallel practicing yoga and breathing practices. In 2022 we moved to the USA with our children and in 2024 I got a license to work as a fitness instructor in Kangoo dance and Kangoo Power for beginners. So I have a lot of work ahead of me :) This is of course a very narrow description of our busy life, as I love what my kids do and they love what I do, so we share the same interests and it motivates each other. After graduation my parents gave me to the Institute of Finance, but after a year I left it and entered the Academy of Culture for journalism, then transferred to the acting faculty and in parallel worked on Channel 7 TV in the column Elementary Cooking with Natalia Gaida (cooking, making cakes, bread - it's my special love) you can say it's part of my routine. My son and my daughter love acting, we have already had experience in the USA, the children got roles in Disney commercials, I also had 2 short films and commercials. So far we are just getting on this path, it is difficult in the beginning, it requires a lot of discipline, but it is something that brings pleasure, helps to unlock potential and live the lives of different people in one life:) my son is a musician, plays in a gang, and I humble him 😍 Our life is our song, but it has one leading personality, husband and father, we need him very much!
